Rupert and Eithne Strong Poetry Award Shortlist

The shortlist for the €2,500 Rupert and Eithne Strong Award for a first poetry collection was announced recently. The nominees for the award are Caitríona Ní Chléirchín's Crithloinnir, Órfhlaith Foyle's Red Riding Hood's Dilemma, Paul Maddern's The Beachcomber's Report and Grace Wells' When God Has Been Called Away to Greater Things. This year's winner will be presented with the award during the DLR Poetry Now International Poetry Festival, which takes place from March 24th to 27th.
